We want you to be completely satisfied with your TREEVAN purchase. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit. That is why we have this return process and hope it can make your returns easy.

Return Instructions
- Please submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the package.
- We provide prepaid return labels. (No extra returning fee).
- Returned products must be in their original packaging.

Simply attach the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest FedEx location.
Simple Process

*Note: 30-day returns must include all original contents and packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for the 30-day free return.

Which items are eligible for return?
To qualify for a general return, merchandise:
- Must be in its original condition, free from scratches, stains, or damages caused by the customer
- May be assembled for your 30-Day Home Trial, but must be carefully disassembled prior to return
- Must be securely repacked in the original manufacturer's box and packaging with all internal protective materials
- Must not have any missing pieces, hardware, or assembly instructions
- Must not be clearance, liquidations, or "final sale" items
Not Returnable / Refundable
- Commercial Purchases: once shipped, orders for commercial use are not returnable/refundable. If anything is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, the order is fully covered under warranty for repair/replacements. Orders canceled for reasons not attributable to the seller are subject to a 15% processing fee.
- Items that are marked "final sale," "clearance," "as is," or "made-to-order."
- Bundle discounts (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Gift or orders with an actual payment of $0.
Note: We suggest you purchase sample units before placing bulk orders to ensure that you and/or your clients have the opportunity to really get a sense of how the piece you are considering will work in your space.
30-DAY Free Return Policy
The 30-day return policy applies only to the products purchased from treevan.com and delivery addresses in the US.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase. we have a 30-DAY Free Return Service. You may return any TREEVAN product for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery and we'll issue an RMA#.
Order
Cancellations or Changes
Most orders ship the same day they're placed, so please let us know immediately if you decide to cancel or change your order. If your order has not yet shipped and you need to change or cancel it, please fill out the contact form on the contact us page
If the item has already shipped, we are unable to reroute shipments. In those cases, you will need to receive the order and then complete the returns process by sending an email to support@treevan.com or contact us at customer support. A fee of $17 USD or $20 CAD will be deducted from your refund if the returned package is incomplete.
FAQ
Q1: Do I have to pay for shipping?
A1: We offer free returns for order(s) that meet our 30-DAY free return policy. The original order value, including the shipping cost, will be fully refunded.
Q2: When can I expect a refund for my return?
A2: It typically takes 2 business days after our fulfillment center receives the returns. Once your return is accounted for, we'll refund your amount through the original form of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be disbursed to your original payment method.
Q3: How do I initiate a return?
